SAFE TRAINING THROUGH WINTER

Beoutdoorfit classes continue throughout winter, including during darker mornings, evenings and wet weather. With suitable lighting, sensible adaptations and experienced coaching, outdoor exercise can remain a safe and enjoyable part of your routine all year round.

We train in well-lit areas and use additional portable lighting when needed. Every class has a clear meeting point and is led by an experienced instructor who explains the session, monitors the group and makes sure nobody is left behind.

Our instructors assess the location and conditions before and during every class. Exercises, equipment and running routes may be adapted when surfaces are wet, slippery or icy.

How to Prepare for a winter class?

To help you train safely and comfortably, we recommend:

● Wear outdoor training shoes with good grip

● Dress in warm, breathable layers

● Wear bright or reflective clothing during darker sessions

● Bring a waterproof layer when rain is forecast

● Arrive a few minutes early so you can find the meeting point safely

● Tell your instructor about any injury, health condition or concern before the class.

We train in the rain, but we continually monitor severe weather and unsafe conditions. If a class ever needs to be changed, moved or cancelled for safety reasons, everyone booked onto the session will be notified through LegitFit as soon as possible.

Fresh air, experienced coaching and a friendly, supportive group—whatever the season!
