We are committed to providing the best outdoor fitness classes, with the best instructors at the best locations around Brighton and Hove, helping as many people as possible be outdoor fit!

Exercise has huge benefits for mental health; it releases endorphins that make you feel happy. If you ask people why they exercise (aside from the physical benefits), most will say for their “mental health”. It’s a very powerful tool that people use to help them to cope with the stresses of their daily lives.

We use lots of Brighton's excellent outdoor spaces, but we're not a bootcamp. We're very focused on breaking that stereotype. All of our instructors have years of experience, so we can offer top quality training and results through progression in an encouraging environment. The community we have created is our strength and what makes us different.

OUR CLASSES

  • HIIT CLASS

    High Intensity Interval Training

    This workout consists of exercises performed in repeated quick bursts, at maximal or near maximal effort, with periods of rest or low activity between exercises.

  • LITE CLASS

    Load, Individual, Task and Environment

    Our Lite classes are challenging and achievable for all fitness levels; great if you’re new to exercise, recovering from an injury or just returning to fitness. These sessions are varied, including strength, core, circuits and HIIT, with options to run, jog or walk, depending on your fitness levels.

  • BOXING CLASS

    A full body, non-contact workout. You will be challenged with exercises that help develop your speed, agility, power, and fitness. These sessions are also a lot of fun and a great opportunity to meet new people.

  • STRENGTH CLASS

    Involves exercises that are designed to improve strength and muscular endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights, and can be done using just your bodyweight.

  • HIIT STRENGTH CLASS

    Combines the benefits of HIIT and Strength training; saving time, and making a ‘HIIT Strength’ workout very efficient and challenging. We start with a HIIT workout and add weights, adding variety to your fitness training.

  • CIRCUIT CLASS

    A form of exercise that can involve numerous different components such as endurance, strength or high-intensity cardio exercises. It will help to develop your strength and muscular endurance, whilst making workouts more fun.
